Shared accommodation in a great home with a loving family - 2 teens and Mom - Must be a really good person - No parties, but dinner entertainment is fine - singles only please - Shared Kitchen, Dining room, backyard, laundry. You have a private bedroom and bathroom with shower - as well as a large lower level living space - but access to the laundry moves past there. All costs are covered for wifi and heat and water and natural gas etc. You will have one parking spot in front of home. Very respectful and clean only please. We work together to keep the home looking and feeling great. You will have some gardening duties between the 4 of us and snow removal help in winter. Bright room facing backyard with closet space on it's own floor of home - hardwood floors - Full Bathroom is private to tenant. Large living area is also included as private to tenant but is not locked off to family as the laundry is on the other side of iit. All other amenities of home are shared. We are a busy family so we are often not home - we have a small dog - friendly clean and happy. There is very little storage available outside the rooms rented - may be able to give a little space for a wardrobe if needed.
